Complete 3 level warehouse refurbishment in Carlton. Jardon converted the old Hat Factory into a high-end 3 bedroom residence, with a spectacular view.

“It all started when I met the Jardon team. They are professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful, and totally understood what I wanted to achieve. They maintained all of the old bits and reused so many pieces that were existing.
The project was tricky, also keep in mind The Hat Factory has a tricky owner!
During the build, it was fun with lots of open discussion and fabulous suggestions to solve any problems. Bud, who was the site manager for The Hat Factory, made my build a joy and I was so grateful for his patience and support.
I would have thought during COVID and all of the craziness that it would have been a nightmare, but Jardon did not miss a beat. Today I live in my beautiful Hat Factory and I absolutely love it!!!
I wish Jardon all the best as they continue to grow.
