124 EXHIBITION STREET, MELBOURNE
A 10-level commercial adaptive reuse refurbishment in Melbourne’s CBD. Jardon worked together with Newbridge and March Studio to build a brand-new foyer, luxury bathrooms and renew the services throughout this 10-level building.
124 Exhibition St went beyond a simple finishes upgrade and included energy improvements with building facade and insulation upgrades. Natural gas was removed from existing systems and replaced with highly efficient all electric HVAC plant and domestic hot water plant equipment, reducing fossil fuel Co2 emissions in the environment.
